The Birds Naivete
A tale of trust, honesty and the promises we keep
When an invitation to the great Felines’ celebration in the Kingdom Above the Sky reaches the earth, the turtles long to go, but turtles can’t fly. Led by brave little Pip the robin, the kind-hearted birds lend them their precious feathers for the journey. But when Bartholomew and Gerald twist their promises for their own gain, trust is shattered, the birds take back their feathers, and the turtles learn just how far it is from the sky to the ground. Told in the spirit of classic African folktales, this fable teaches children about honesty, greed, wisdom and forgiveness.
